for those who crave for yogurt, here is a simple drink you will surely love!
1/2 liter of full cream milk
1 cup plain yogurt cream (chilled)
1. heat 1/2 liter of milk in a saucepan. DO NOT STIR. DO NOT BOIL.
2. once you started to see steam, turn off heat and let cool for an hour.
3. add yogurt cream into the milk. stir slowly.
4. cover and set aside in a dark cool place overnight
5. serve cold
Tips: the longer you ferment the mixture, the stronger its taste will be. you may also add flavorings to the yogurt mixture for variations. suggested fruit flavors are mango and strawberry.
