FIVE SPICED CHICKEN

Tired of the usual fried chicken? Try this easy and delicious recipe your family and friends will enjoy!

Ingredients

½ kilo chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp seasoning
1 Tbsp five spice seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil

Procedure

1.  Wash and drain chicken of excess water.
2.  Mix all the ingredients and marinate chicken for at least thirty (30) minutes. Turning the chicken occasionally

Ways to cook this chicken

Microwave:
In a microwave safe container, put all chicken and place in the microwave oven in medium power for 15 minutes

Oven
Using a baking dish, put the chicken in a preheated oven (150 ̊C) covered with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes

STOVE
Using a frying pan or wok, deep fry chicken until golden brown.
