Healthy Burger

Let's put into use our well loved mushrooms...indulge in this meal without the guilt!

1/2 cup white onion, minced
1 cup minced canned button mushroom
1 cup minced shitake mushroom
1 cup shredded veggie meat (firm tofu can be use as substitute)
1 Tbsp mushroom soy sauce
1 tsp rock salt
1 tsp black pepper
5 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 fresh egg
oil for frying

1. combine all ingredients and set aside for at least 15 minutes
2. form into a patty and pan fry for around 2 minutes each side
3. drain and serve hot

This burger can be served with gravy or with lettuce and tomato in a bun.  Can also be serve with mix vegetables.
